Hello from the Florida Panhandle

I've been playing guitar for 40+ years and also do some woodworking. After seeing my cousin post his cigar box guitar builds on Facebook (he has done 30 this year), I thought I'd give it a try.

I love the website. There is so much information here it's hard to know where to start.

    Welcome. Lot of info to be found here and a lot of different things to use for a body or neck.

    Welcome Michael! I was in the same place just a few months ago. I was able to find a couple solid sticks at a local recycle shop. I didn't know where to find boxes so my first build used an old lunchpail.

    Just start building. You really can't go wrong. And this group is the absolute BEST for giving support.
