From the mitten state....

From Michigan and not yet a player of a guitar, but I still am building a 3 string CBG... I have built a toy banjo for my son when he was younger and tried my hand at building a cookie tin banjo, but made several mistakes...

I hope to not make the same mistakes as I build my 3 string CBG, but with the help of this great group I shouldn't. Thanks so far....

    Hello Corbin, I'm Jerry and I too am from this great state of Michigan. Born and raised and living in the Lansing area. I started building CBGs this summer after buying one at the East Lansing Art Festival last May. Loved the sounds that come from these. Maybe we can stay in touch and swap ideas and suggestions. Happy New year.
