Hi what I think you can do is find out the scale length of the instruments you like, and if they are on the same type scale as guitar and ukulele, you can simply set the scale lenght on Fretfinder or similar program.
If you know the scale length, you can use FretFind2. Simple app, you plug in the data and it maps it out for you both in measurements and a printable template http://www.ekips.org/tools/guitar/fretfind2d/
