CB cello

Hello all, I am fairly new to lutherie in any form.  I have been building bass guitars and ukuleles from cookie tins and even a toilet seat, my next plan is to build an electric cello.  Unfortunately I have no experience with bowed instruments and I need to research thing such as scale length.  If anybody here knows where to point me I would greatly appreciate it.

    I certainly will, it's getting interesting although I got a rquest for an electric violin first.  Hopefully it wont delay me too much.

    I am in the process of making a tear drop fiddle and had to buy a book that I already have, but cannot find, so I know where you are coming from.  I may try to make  a cello in the near future, let me know how your's goes.
