lm386 ????'s

Hey all new here. I just ordered my CBG kit from cb gitty and am gearing up to build the amp. My question is.....is the lm386n-4 really that much better than the n-3 chip? (ie whats the difference between the n-3 @ 12vdc vs the n-4 @12 vdc.) Will the higher power chip still put out 1w at 12v?

    The N3 chip puts out 0.7 W, the N4 does 1W. I think that's the only difference. Good luck with the build!
