What dremel bit for cutting a hole for cone?I have a variable speed dremel(don't know what model,but can find out)typical size.I want to use the circle cutting jig,but don't know what bit or how to go about it.

if you got a kit with a circle cutting trammel then you would have some kind of cutting bit. They are a spiral bit and look superficially like a drill bit, but they cut sidewards as well as downwards so the spirals are fluted.
Go SLOW with it ! (shallow cut on each pass)
the dremel cuts with speed, not brute force. You should expect to do eight or ten laps around to cut right through a cigar box nicely.
Look for a straight cutting router bit. You can find an assortment or dremel router bits at most hdwe. stores.
