Fellows:
I'll start by saying I've been trying to expose myself to the Delta blues sound for a few years and have found it awefuly hard to find artisits outside of Robert Johnson and given that there are few listeners in my area that I kno wof I haven't been able to get anyone to point me in the right direction.
That being said, I found out about CBG on you tube (thank you Kenilee) and have fallen in love with the sound so much so I am going to give building one a shot and then teach myself to play the bloomin thing!
Okay heres the meat and potatoes of this post how about putting up a part of the web site that has listings of CBG artists new and perhaps even recordings of the sound, it would be a great help to someone like me who is trying hard to find that type of music but doesn't know where or how to start.
Also, can someone give me an idea on what I should be listening to to hear CBG sound so I can get a feel for and learn some old time-y tunes.
Thanks

Go to "Members" and search for "WCBN." This is the page for the "radio station." It has a wide variety of styles on it and each member is only represented once I believe. If you like what you hear, click on the link to their page and see if they have any more songs on their page. I did a recording of "In the Pines" on there that is kinda old time-y I guess. When I get a little time I plan on uploading some more. I hope this helps!
