I'm new to this whole cigar box guitar world. I learned to play acoustic guitar 2 years ago and because I've got stubby fat fingers, I found it difficult to play cords - so I switched to bass. I've purchased a CBG kit to see how well my fingering will work on a CBG. I'd like to play the song "Silver Wings". Where can I get the music and tabulator?

The bad thing about online tabs for guitar or other instruments is they are most often wrong. I know, I've been through it.
You could go to a good book store or music store and find some music books with tabs. They will cost you a few bucks, but they will be correct.
