I have a piezo and bass pickup in my guitar, as the one in this video. https://youtu.be/jjC2C5h0HjU
I also have a percussion device/acoustic pickup running parallel to the piezo, as seen in this video. https://youtu.be/aLL83bseXUc
Do they make a cable with 2 guitar inputs on it? My plan is to get an octaver and looper and run them into just one pedalboard. I'd like to use the looper to lay down percussion, bass lines, and riffs, and play over those.
I don't know of any cables that have two 1/4" mono plugs molded together, maybe they do make them, but I have never seen one.
If it were me, I would use a single 1/4" stereo jack on the CBG with one signal from each source going to the tip and the ring with the ground hooked to the sleeve and then use 1/4" TRS cable like...

this 6' cable: https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=9441
or this 15' cable: https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=9443
Then make a 'breakout box' on the pedalboard with one 1/4" stereo jack and two 1/4" mono jacks to route the two signals however you wish.
