Hello I am not here to bother anyone but need a little help and this is my last resort. In 2011 my father passed and I ended up with a two bottle wine box that my father used for his boot polish it is 13and a half inches by 7inches by 3 and a half inches deep, I have for years contact many builders and asking for help with no avail and I understand. I am dirt poor i have no tools and lack money for parts to build a 3string acoustic.this box is sentimental to me and it would mean the world if someone could help me out i just want to learn how to play and have been wanting this for years, if anyone out there is willing to build this for me I will be forever grateful. Thank you all for your time.

Hi, I understand your problem. Many folks on here build for friends and family and give their builds away, I know I have, so maybe someone near you could help out. But........
If you could build your own with help from members here it would mean a whole lot more to you.
Remember this instrument is as basic as it gets, in fact the people who created it were also dirt poor so used found materials, and a knife I suspect.
Many of us on here, me included, put more time and money into a cbg than is really needed, we like to challenge ourselves. Your challenge will be getting the same music with/for less.
If I had put 2 more strings on this tea box guitar [pictured] it would still have cost me nothing. You may have to buy strings though. Good Luck
