Ok, I do believe I'm hooked on this CBG thang!!! :) Very easy to get addicted to fun stuff!
I discovered CBG's 4 months ago, and now have 5 of them.
This is my 3rd build. I built this one on the 26th which would have been my dads 78th birthday. I call this one "Dickie Bird" (his nick-name) and will have the headstock tag engraved this week.
Arturo Fuente box, Peruvian Walnut neck, Maple fretboard with a 25" scale length, bone nut, brass and gold hardware, 1800's jailers key bridge, abalone fret markers, Schaller locking strap buttons. Tuned to open D (D-F#-A-D) and strung with 13, 17, 30, 42.
Thanks once again to Ben at CBGitty for easy access to well made components!
These things are as much fun to build as they are to play!!!
Thanks for looking. :)
