Hi all,

I'm half way through build no. 7 and have a potential issue with the thickness of the neck where it goes through/inside the biscuit tin so I've decided to STOP and ask you guys for advice.

The tin I am using is quite small. I have shaped the timber/neck going through the tin to give the CBG some neck angle so that i have enough clearance under strings. The timber thickness inside the CBG was originally 19mm but is now 15mm. With a 25.5" scale will the neck be strong enough or should I support it by gluing timber to the bottom section to add strength. This is what I would normally do but being a small tin, I don't want to fill the whole cavity with timber.

Regards. Paul
