Hi, I thought this might be interesting. I was/am really impressed with the skills of past masters. The more I see it the better I find my skills are maintained or improved.
With this in mind I did this simple project. Its two antique Ebony violin tailpieces inlaid in silver and mother of pearl along with fine engraving.
Even an old workshop clock gets a new life.
It hangs, not here, but in the passage on the way to the bathroom, so I see it often.
