Mac Arnold. Bluesman. CBG'er

I just learned this week that Mac Arnold lives in my area. less than 20 mile away. Since very few of us (if any) know of him, here's a web address http://www.macarnold.com/ Interesting thing is that Mac's brother built a CBG out of a gas can in the 40's of which Mac... used and taught himself to play (read the bio). He even plays the 50's reproduction on his site. Anyone in the Greenville SC area can see Mac live at the Red White and Blue festival downtown Greenville in the 4th. You can bet I'm going. -Wes

    So I know this is a stretch for anyone other than folks in the area, but ya'll missed one GREAT performance. Greenville, SC Fouth show was topped off by Mac Arnold. Man what a great set. from the start, Mac pulls out his gas can cbg and wails. Throughout the night, he grabs one of his two (see above) and goes to work. Preachin' and teachin'.
