Does anyone here know about guitar tapping on CBG? I do a lot of slide blues, and think this could help my soloing. Any advice, lessons, and videos would be very helpful. Thanks.

yup , it is done , you can probably find more examples with a search (top right corner of page ) but not much different that regular 6 string guitar tapping .. besides less strings . and you gotta do it alot harder if it's a fretless .
You can also learn to do tapped ghost harmonics (requires two fingers) at any length along the string. These are weird, and I have found it, and "conventional" tapping, to be beyond me, other than single notes. I find I have enough to do with working other techniques to try to add this one.
Which doesn't mean you shouldn't try.
Here's one good vid showing you how, which, as pick says, should be equally applicable to fretted diddley bows, dulcimer, 3-, and 4-string CBGs as to 6-stringers:
