Well, got 'er done, this is her xmas present. It's my first CBG. Done several other builds, but never an actual CBG...
As usual, several lessons learned, the biggest being that wiring ain't easy, especially piezos. From now, any piezo is gonna be pre-wired. The small gauge is ridiculous, damn near impossible to strip, and I haven't figures how to flow solder on a piezo yet.
Was gonna add a switch to go between the flat humbucker and piezo, but man, what a headache. Big part was the harness I had. DO NOT buy these...

Soldering to the switch is virtually impossible. Touch the iron to a terminal and the black plastic melts virtually instantly. Complete garbage.
The 2 silver hole plugs are a fix-it for design.....mis-adventures. The two output jacks are my work-around for switch failure. Ordered a y-cord that will allow both piezo and humbucker at the same time if desired, so there's four modes, acoustic, humbucker, piezo, and both. Weird, but what the hell...
Hope she likes it. I think it sounds pretty good.

She's gonna be happy with that. You certainly jumped in the deep end, way to go.
Well done. Have a good one, Taff
Thanks, Taff. Merry Christmas!
