my next diddley bow is going to be electric but it is not going to be a true 'cigar box'
im going to carve the neck, head stock, and body out of curly maple on a cnc. its going to be a 3 string but i am going to put a soap bar pickup on it mounted vertical. my buddy has a bunch of ivory(dont know where/how he got it) and i am going to put shamrock shaped ivory inlays on the neck(im irish).
pretty much a mini version of this but with a vertical pickup. going to have the f holes too. i think its going to be sweet. same kind of head stock too
