Four String bridges

My supplier in the UK has not responded to requests for four string bridges he makes with the fret attached to the wood, need several, anybody else make or can provide in a maple or cherry?

I'd be happy to make you some in either wood, but I am not familiar with the technique you mention, if you are interested could you provide some pictures or give me more of a description?
