Not sure about the pick up other than that it's a piezo. I have it strungbuo with the A-G-B strings and tuned up to Bflat-F-Bflat.
It was gifted to me with String A-D-G and tuned G-B-G but I wanted to get some higher notes and the B-String now screams when I add some gain and slide up to the octave!
Thanks for the kind words!

Thanks for the information. As you say, these ar so much fun. Now I'm taking notice that once I get a decent repertoire built with GDg tuning there is still more to explore with other tunings.
Well actually this tuning is no different than GDG, it's just tuned up one and a half steps, or 3 frets. In order to do this without snapping strings though? I had to change the top 2 strings from the d&g to the g&b.

I love it! Totally foot-stompin' CBG crunch! Those fret markers on the side of the neck, you make them or the mfgr. add them?
Played and sounded very good. I like the slide you are using.
That was great! Very nice.
wow that was cool gd job :):)
Very nice, Keep up the good playing. Do you know the pick up and strings used? Thanks for posting.
