I’m on the hunt for an amp, I’m still on the fence.
right now I’m going back and forth between a used Roland cube street and a new cube mini, but I’m really open to any and all suggestions.
ive also looked into the pignose amps but I have a lot of questions about em
my budget is $200 but I *could* bump up to 300.
I do want to be able to have good distortion as I’m not going to exclusivity play blues/bluegrass (in fact one particular thing I’m wanting to do is play “metal” ukulele).
onboard effects are really nice but not a must have
im not opposed to home made stuff, in fact if I can get a better amp for less money I’m all for it, and looking rustic isn’t a bad thing.
also if any of you have videos of you playing thru an amp you suggest, PLEASE let me get a link I appreciate sound tests.
thank you!
