Steampunk, kind of hard to pin down. A good as any explanation. Sci-fi with Victorian era esthetics. With some of the craziest music. As if Eastern Europe invented California surf and played it with 1920's swing with all the energy of 1970's rock. And then it gets stranger than that. Everything from big band, folk, blues, rock and punk. And then beyond that. And this fest had LOTS to choose from. With 12 groups. The two main groups were Marquis of Vaudeville and French and the Punk.

Hannibal Mo. You would have needed to get hotel rezs a few months in advance. I get mine as soon as it's confirmed they are having it again. Usually in April or May.
