hey guys whats a good length for a 2 stringer . I was thinking to get a good intonation go with 24 inches .also want it in the key of G so do i used the D and G strings ? may be dulci fretted . I know you just drop frets but i like the idea of the 6 1/2 but i dont even know what frets to drop . ive never played one but Randy Bretz is got me stuck on them lol. As always Thanks guys . 24 is a great scale . and in my honest opinion .. 2 stringers are a ton of fun , and great for power chords , thus best with regular fretting .
ive seen skilled guitarists with no idea how to play smoke on the water on a diatonic scale . ;-)
ok so i was right . I made a 2 stringer but the neck was too thin and it snapped in my hand when i was tuning it up .
