My latest prodjects is a 1/2 scale 6 string . I have 2 double humbuckers and a piezo under the bridge with a preamp . Is it possible to run them through a standard 5 way switch or will I need a super switch ? Or would I be better off not running a switch to and using the volume pots to blend .

It depends a bit on how many combinations you want, if you intend to coil split the buckers, a 5 way won't give enough options, but fine if you use them as humbuckers always, if you choose to go the 3 volume route, i'd suggest putting diodes in the hot wire of each pup to counter leaching back of signal, the attached file may be some help===https://www.strat-talk.com/threads/the-stracciatella-3-volume-w-varitone-modification-incl-video.134058/

That would work. Wire the piezo for position 1 on the switch, then a humbucker for position 3 and position 5. That would give you:
#1-Piezo #2-Piezo with bridge humbucker #3-bridge humbucker #4-bridge & neck humbuckers #5-neck humbucker
Or you could do 3 toggle switches for off/on of all 3 pickups/piezo.
I would suggest 2 piezo wired in parallel and use 500k pots with the piezo's and pickups.
