Hi Players and Builders,  The Carolinas Box Guitar Club meeting #21 will be Saturday October 7, 2017 at 11:00 am at Taxco Mexican Grill [Mint Hill location], 7106 Brighton Park Dr., Mint Hill, NC across the parking lot from the Harris Teeter. We will continue having a monthly meeting on the first Saturday of each month.


Our purpose is to help members develop skills to build and play the 12-bar Blues on their 3-string, fret-less, electric, box guitars. We currently have 22 on our email list. We also have some guys working on 6-strings.  Bring a few of your projects for show and tell. As usual we will discuss individual building and playing issues.  Again, for our monthly playing topic, we will use our picking skills to play a shuffle beat for a 12-bar blues chord pattern.



We hope Jim, Steve and Greg from the Charlotte Blues Jam will join us at this meeting.  Their playing last month was awesome.  Jim really demonstrated how good a 4-string fret-less guitar could sound.   This should be another exciting meeting.
