    I refer a lot of people to this e-book because it explains several principles, techniques, and methods much better than I ever could, and it's extremely easy to follow. Joshua really went above and beyond the call in preparing and writing this book, which I think could have easily been published by any of the big publishing houses, or listed through Amazon or other e-book outlets and made him a fair amount of money. My hat's off to you, Joshua!

    Thanks for bringing this back to the forefront, Dan. (Even though I just found it, and you posted this 5 months ago...) It really is a valuable resource.

    Thank you Dan for posting this amazing how-to guide. And thank you Josh for taking the time to share your very advanced knowledge on how you build your cbg's. That had to have taken a lot of work to put this book together. You are far beyond my skill level, but I've learned a number of things from you in every aspect of building these instruments. Some of these instructions I can put to use right away and others I know I will grow in to. Thank you! I recommend most of us on this site give your book a read.
