Wind two winding wire same time ?

Is someone try this already? Wind two winding wire sametime to one bobbin? and connect wires cross-connection, is it work at all or what happend or maybe there happend nothing? Idea purpose is make humbucker with one coil? maybe this is very silly idea but it comes my mind :)

    And if rounds amount affect to sound, so what if would be possible change whenever want rounds amount in bobbin?

    Is someone test that already?
