SEEING DOUBLE...

If there are truly no rules in the art of building cigar box guitars, then shouldn't we be pushing our imaginations further and further?  Let's have some fun with these things!

This week, we're looking at some double-neck creations.  If one neck sounds cool, wouldn't two necks be even cooler?  In the very least, if we build and play a double-neck at least once in our lives, then we can live out our Jimmy Page/prog rock fantasies!

      • Shane > When first experiencing this sitar-guitar, Ravi**- a virtuoso of sorts in his own right, and personal friend of mine, reacted with the exact same exclamation. I think he was particularly impressed with the quality of my instrument's jawari (bridges) and the brilliant reverb produced by its sympathic strings.

    • I LOVE THE VOLUME KNOB IDEA!!! I never thought about mounting them in a Strat jackplate.  WOW!

      • well  .  it  looks   slick  and cool  and  ya don't knuckle them  reaching   down to  the  bottom    necker .

note  .-   you   have to  use  the top  part  of a dual  control  knob  like these  .   regular  knobs are too  fat  .
