Best strings for open A tuning

Hi. New to CBG's. Trying to tune open A. If I use A, D,G strings, it seems like the G string is not going to tune up to an A. What string combos would you recommend for a different open A?

Take a look along the lower right column of the home page. You will see "open A tunings", a good resource with string choices, gauges, and sound clips for each
