Thanks for your kind words AC. No bracing under top of SmokeRings, but the strings are anchored to the through neck, so the grommets just keep strings from cutting into top.

Thanks for the comments...that latest CBG has simple oak tailpiece and floating bridge and a 1$ piezo disk glued under the top..that's all there is to it!

Yep... CBGAS is setting in. Going to meet a cigar store owner tomorrow night, who's set aside some natural wood boxes for me. Got a line on a gritty p90. Can't wait. My daughter may hate me but the little guy will think he's died and gone to heaven. :)
