Cigar Box Guitar Slingers - Spokane currently meets via Zoom Monday nights at 6:30 PM Pacific Time. The meetings last a little over an hour and we play 15 songs starting with the easy ones first. Free chord charts for the songs are available. We are playing simple one finger chords on GDG or GD CBGs. We have others join us from California and Idaho. If you would like to join us Moedecker, you are welcome. Just let me know and I’ll send you the info.

I am not aware of any other CBG Zoom meetings where you can join and play along.

Glad you enjoyed our Cally oriented song! We have enjoyed contributing to the festival. Don’t get down to Cally as much as I would like to.

A excellent song of the well fed crowd here at CallyFest central. I’m not sure Monterey may be considered S. California, but I always say N. California. Hi Will  and Mike, that’s great to know. We desperately need rain this year, could use some of that pouring. Well done guys! Thanks Doug and group for all your wonderful contributions to this year’s festival.

Thanks Kale! I think that about 90% of the songs we do I have never played on a 6-string. This is one of them.

Thanks James! I don’t always know how well a song will work with 1-finger chording and this one surprised me. It’s easy to play and sing; a winning combo in my book.
