2X4 stereo Derek! Diddley everywhere and diddling perhaps where I should fiddle. One of these days they’re going to string me up for excessive Diddley! Thanks very much my friend!

Diddley on the left, diddley on the right, ready to rock! Good tune and playing Richard.

Thanks Pine! I record on a Zoom multitrack workstation, then transfer tracks to my iPad GarageBand, then to Filmmaker Pro to link it up with the video. I can’t use an amp where I play, so everything is recorded inline except vocal and acoustic guitar, I use a cheap ass Radio Shack mic. I use headphones to monitor the sound, and that’s probably the clarity thing you mentioned comes in. I have a tendency to go for a more bass sound, so sometimes it’s a bit much. I also probably crank it up a little bit to loud because YouTube comes back about 20% the volume it seems. I also convert the digital to analog from workstation to iPad, so some loss there. Hope that answers the question. I really need to update my recording process, but I’m a dog with old habits.

That's a lot of music from that humble one string! Loved the video presentation. Your singing sounds good to me but the recording quality could use some clarity. What did you record this with/on Richard? The whole concept of this video is excellent.
