thanks ian , i would be looking for a cigar box guitar [ cigar box] nor a solid body , 3 string  fretted , with a decent pickup , and a good action not to high as  like a lot of slide players i also use fingerings , i dont really like strat style headstocks , [ just a personal thing]  ive only been playing a cbg for a couple of months , i teach guitar , and am a slide  fanatic , this cbg has opened up a whole new world for me  ime adicted ,  since i bought mine ive seen 3  very poor  examples  and through my own musicians page have been trying to help others , to buy the right cbg , as there is now a large growing interest it seems to me in the uk , i have tried to contact , randy rooster but unfortunatel  ime having problems with my e mails , sending to some people  his included , thank you    alan

Hi Alan

I have for sale on my website a Resonator CBG (3 or 4 String) i built it for a guy in the USA but he let me down when it came time for him to pay the Balance for it ! anyway it's now up for sale - dont know if you had checked out the link to my website that Alan had posted ? anyway here it is 3/4 string resonator

thanks  but ime not after a resonator cbg ime after another 3 string , cbg, fretted  with a decent magnetic pickup

Ok mate no worries - if you dont get sorted i could always build you a Three Stringer with a custom hand made pickup

Try Keith , E bay name 079_stacey.  I've got two of his builds on ma channel (a 3 string and a 6 string). Latest is a 6 string (see video and photo), Keith based in Emgland
