the neck is one piece of (i think) rosewood. Beautiful, and i have 5 or 6 more neck blanks of this stuff..

the pup is half a p-bass pup under a homemade wooden cover.

bridge is a bit of river rock with a lovely vein of opal in it

the tailpiece has a surprise hidden inside

the fret inside the tail is for the grounding to the strings
