What's on your workbench?

This could be git related or not. So, what's on your workbench at the moment?

I have 4 scarf joint necks in different stages of work.

A 25" scale pine 5 string neck for a Banjo-Res, A 25" scale Red Oak neck for my 6 string Strat-Res build, A 24 & 1/2" scale Red Oak neck for my 6 string Double Cut Tele build and a 27" scale 6 string Baritone Conversion neck for a Modern Strat body I have.

David - I'd be curious to know what you built. I've built a couple of one string diatonic fretted canjos for kids but haven't done any multi string gits yet (except a uke) for the little ones. How many strings and what scale length?

I have a bunch of dusess (UJ) from the early days, heavy strings. Might convert one into a cello like Dave does.

2 years ago a guy started selling 3 string guitars to kids called the Luge. Basically a 3 string hollow body guitar like a CBG.

It is an acoustic 3 string with an oak neck and a walnut fret board. The box is an old ‘50s with a wood that looks similar to cedar. The tuning is DGB.The scale is 24”. I put “C” sound holes in the body. I tried to post a pic But not great with the Googly web stuff on an iPhone

The thing with CBG's today is the anti-smoking crowd has made these instruments Politically Incorrect. So making one for a kids toy drive may get flagged by the people running the program. I hope it doesn't happen, but it could these days.

You may have to cover the Cigar related content of the box to be able to give it to one of these programs. Just a reality of today's mindset it seems.
