Emphasis on the old but have been playing and singing for about 10 years now - not an expert on the playing - have my cbg tuned to EBE

Dave Lynas just did a video of Tom T Hall's Barn Dance. (I think that is what it was). So, you are new to CBGs, but an old guitar player? I wonder how you are tuning them. I like a bunch of tunings, but the near standard GDG is good and for a six string player, DGB soon becomes very natural. My fave tuning is for a 4 DGBE Chicago Tenor Guitar tuning. So easy and fun for a six string player.

I used to sing at a place called The Great Canadian Barn Dance -  located at Hillspring Alberta - Canada of course!
