Maybe ask the people who are out & about what they wanna hear? Or just play what you’re good at, I’m sure someone will call out a song they’d like to hear?

Just play what you can play best because that's all that really matters.

For crowd pleasing stuff, I like me some CCR. Bob Seger would get me to stick around and Fleetwood Mac would be some major bonus points.

Gospel at the atheist convention?  Seriously, if you know a lot of different songs, see what they respond to. High energy is more fun to watch than a slow ballad.  Have fun with it!

LOL Don't get me started on what to play where! I haven been banished here yet. If you really want to get people jiving "Listen to the Music" Doobie Brothers. You have to be on your deathbed not to move to that!
