Thanks you guys. I do like Chris Lion’s Guit Fiddle. It slides so nice both with fingers or stubby slide. I like the bassy tone and went real low with the fiddling. And no Andries. I didn’t replace the spring. I’d have to cut the back off entirely to properly install it again. I think it sounds fine without it.

Very artful video Dave, a beautiful painting with notes and pictures. Pumped up bassy sounds impressive, good one buddy!

Love the look and sound of the Git Fiddle Dave!, don't recall seeing that one before, and thanks for the rundown on the Reverb Spring, have a build on the bench at the moment, that will now probably have some internal springs added :-D

Really enjoyed your playing on this one (along with all your other tunes), loved the catchy rhythm of the beat and the harmonics so much, I had to pick up a nearby Git and attempt to emulate your performance  :-)

Hypnotizing !loads of twang in that one Dave !and in combo whit your flagiolets it drones away, like the bassy sound! is that spring back in there or did it broke ,and you left it out? its got good sustain enyway!

A nice down home tune here Dave. I like the doubling.

Bee balm.  You made me hungry for fried green tomatoes.  I had red ones on toast for breakfast.  Nice gits and sliding.
