Hi Dave !well then just trick her!! use a suitcase! all you need is a bassdrum pedal and your of and i dont have a full drum allso started whit the suitcase as well now use a kiddy drum cheap and verry small ,but when you stuff it whit foam and tape a wooden disc to the skin you get a good bass sound, and ones you get a pedal, you can try out everything even the wall of the sauna! just so you know !! greeettsszz A.D.

D is usual for me to play in. I tend to make the notes from a dulcimer on my necks as it makes it easier to play and all my favorite songs I learned first on a dulcimer.

I was referring to the two string fiddles posted in your pictures. One has a green bridge and both look really cool and old timey!!

I would be happy to do that. Though my own work is pretty primitive. I build with hand tools only. I will make one soon and if it comes out sounding good I will send it to you. Give me a couple weeks to clear the ukulele I am building now and let me see what I can come up with.
