My head is going into overload! Reverb mics, turkey pan & tin can guitars, rake tines and putty knife blades! I think I've been bitten bad by the build bug, big time!! LOL  I was wondering out loud what it would sound like and the wife told me to keep my hands off her 3 gal. Pressure cooker! Thanks Anonymous Picker for the link. Muchly appreciated.

I went to Lowe's and got some screen door springs and put them in my acoustic CBG. Works great.

Thanks, I went to "DOLLAR GENERAL" and bought a kids "echo Mic" and pulled the spring out of it and temporarily mounted it in the box. Just thumping on the lid, it had a nice reverb to it.
