YES THERE IS ! there are a number of traditional Blues writers & players that agree whit that notion, deu time i got the notion, i my self feel healed by the blues , as whit gospel ,giving word to your own missery & sorrow whit the emotions leaving the body the cleaning begins, Marvin gay talks about sexual healing , but that is a complicated option but the Blues is one for everybody man or girl ,beast or bird,ritch or poor, whit out exclusion Blues is the Healer ! Andries, this was good and enjoyable in many ways.  Sounding good,  great visuals, guitars/hands, lyricis, and that guitar and angel wings.  There is a lot healing and sometimes clarification in music.
