3 string tin, Walnut neck and fretboard. The longer wood behind the box make playing more comfortable. It makes sense with the small box size. Tuned EBe

Thanks, Bones.

Some pairings of Record  Albums are easier to visualize than others.

The closest I could get for the Spiderman TinB G was -  Iron Butterfly.... a stretch.

Both bugs.

Thanks, Guys.

I realized I needed the long tail piece because of how short the box tin is; it is a place for my elbow to rest while playing.

Uncle John, I tried to make the Bridge look like a Peanut Butter Cup using dark walnut wood filed to shape and with a large bolt saddle.

I like the looks of the long tail too. It balances the design.

CBN is working odd!  That first comment by me is mixed with one from someone else.

That is unique.  I like it.  It sure gave me a candy craving.

That is unique.  My first reaction was (is) a craving for a peanut butter cup.

Sorry about the slightly garbled comments below Rich, tried to edit a couple of spelling mistakes and it wouldn't let me delete previous attempts.....but hope you get the gist!

A stunning build Rich, I really like it, with some very original design elements. Fantastic head stock, fret board markers, extended neck stick....all very nice. I'm only just getting started, second build and still fairly conservative and 'conventional' while I learn the ropes, but it's interesting and 'fresh' designs like this that I find so inspiring as I consider future projects and thinking outside the box (no cbg pun intended!) It's got real personality Rich and looks great...well done!!
