Thanks all for kind words and wishes,Just part of being a gardener for 35 years.It really started when I took up the banjo,but Ive been able to manage it for the most part,But some chord positions and stretches are not good,lol.So ,I just have to learn ,as in life,what I can and can't do..Have good Sunday,all.

Just stop working Vinnie. The pain will vanish. Don’t do chores either. Just play. ... Works for me. Poverty has advantages. Oh and I don’t have to file taxes either. :*)
