Problem posting comments

I've been trying to post a discussion on the "Wiring and Electronics" page for the last two days but keep getting the message "We're sorry, we are having an issue with this page. Follow this link to the main page"

Is this a general outage?

How do I get round it?.

If you go all the way to the bottom of the page, on the right it says “Report an issue”

Yes and the videos don't post the thumbnails either, just the title with some symbol.
