Well, Richard, the saying is "mimicry is the best form of flattery" so anything you can pick up is fine by me. I certainly don't see it as stealing. Quite the opposite actually as I'm amazed that you can find anything worth having in my playing. If I have anything that MAY be my "secret" to the way I play it's dampening with the finger behind the slide, learning to mute with the slide hand when not using the slide and most of the time making sure the index finger on the slide hand touches the string a fraction of a second before the slide does which helps me avoid string buzz as the slide comes down on to the strings. Not so much secrets, just trying to analyse how I play.

Dang you Bear, you always get me going! You make it look easy, but that’s your secret. I’m always picking up, or at least trying, neat little tricks from you. I guess that’s called theft, but I’m up front bout it ha! Loved it!

Thanks Derek  It was more of a sideline build to be doing something productive while waiting for glue to set (etc) on my main build which I hope to be showing in the next couple of weeks when I get my final parts installed. Having said that it was my sideline build, I'm really happy with it  Thanks again for the kind words

Thanks Clock .Glad that you like it. I don't eat meat (I eat fish though) so I like my beans, peas and pulses. The after affects of baked beans are not so fun haha.

This is some coooooool beans...

Traditional hobo chili used an mysterious root called Uncle John Bone to create its stock... the rest was just government issue red kidney beans!
