Blank Chord Chart ?

Is there a blank schematic print out anywhere on the site showing something similar to the attachment that a person can print out and fill in their chords for a reference. I have one for four string I got off live ukulele web site but was wondering if we had a 3 string version on this site or if anyone had one they would like to share? It would look something like this attachment but for 3 string.

Also when posting if a person wants to review the post prior to posting and they go to the review can anyone tell me how they get back to actually posting the post or is there a flaw in the system ? I have always had to go back and retype the post then directly post it without reviewing it.
