Tuning: G / D / g /
The Body and Neck is Gympie Messmate Hardwood, the Scratch Plate Pic is 3mm Pine Ply, and a 4.9k Alnico Single Coil Pickup is hardwired to the Jack.
I’d like to think the Gentleman pictured was a Cotton Pickin’ Bluesman from the Mississippi Delta, but in fact it is a couple of recently discovered Photo’s of one of my Great Grandfathers from my beautiful mother’s side of the family, obviously of original Australian Heritage, a fact that myself and the vast majority of his descendants are all very proud of!
Not a Bluesman from the Delta, but there is mention of him playing the Violin, and by all reports and Genealogical Research, he was a “Very Colourful Character” :-D

"Thanks Pick & UJ", the Headstock size and shape was dictated by the cropped Photo, which sadly is not of very good quality :-( Have yet to master the art of Photo Restoration and Image Transfer to Wood :-D
