I just recently asked the same question and here is the answer from Nick; 

The bolts she is using is known as a HeadLok bolt from FastenMaster, we get them at Lowes. It's an aggressively threaded, heavy-duty flathead fastener with a star bit.

2) The other two screws are indeed drywall screws, used to help secure and support the neck.

no size given, so I the 2 7/8” size and that seems to work fine, just make sure you drill a pilot hole of the proper size for all screws to prevent wood splitting.

Not sure what they're called where you live, Bill, but in the UK we'd call what I tend to use around a 6 or 8. Just something to lift the strings above the neck/fretboard a touch is all you need. Some guys just use a larger fret gauge for a zero fret so that says how small of a bolt you can get away with. Perhaps the biggest thing for you to consider is what bolt will give me the best string break angle for the way I've built my neck. Maybe do a site search for "string break angle" to find more info.
