The Hubcaps were from Ebay, the rust was treated with converter, dirt and scratches polished out with duraglit, high speed drill bits for the holes and a dremel cutting disc for the slots. They still have their dents which add to their charm!

Looks awesome Greg. Always wanted a hubcap guitar but I wouldn't know where to start with how to cut or drill through them. These look pristine condition and mine would be scratch and slip city. Really impressive stuff.
