On the subject of serial versus parallel, I prefer prallel. Serial adds the impedance (bad) and parallel divides the impedance (good).

How about Piezo/Jack/Vol./Tone?

David,

When you put the piezos in serial it will double the impedance which potentially will reduce the output. Putting them in parallel* will divide the impedance, thus potentially allow more output.

You can also use this to mix the 'sound' from the individual piezos assuming there is a difference.
