Another from Hampshire, just joined. Just recently got my first cigar box guitar.
Haven't made any yet, but I would like to in the future! Just looking around Cigar Box Nation and absorbing all the useful info.

That sounds great but I'm away at the moment.  It'd be good to find out about any other gigs.  Also, are you aware of any other CBG makers in and around Pompey?

Hi chipfat. I live in fareham, so not very far from you. If you're about, tomorrow(Sunday 16th) I will be playing some cbg blues at the "fareham" pub in trinity st in fareham. Starts at 8pm. Would be great to see you if you if you have the time. I play in a cbg and harmonica duo called "2fat blues"
I make my own guitars, so would be great to chat.

I'm in Southampton and I'm working with some guys in Eastleigh. We're all musicians(ish) but complete novices in building CBGs. We're looking for others to join and learn or teach with us.
